What are the requirements for copper soft connection installation
1. The copper soft connection assembly must wear gloves to prevent fingerprints and stains on the surface.
2. Copper soft connection fasteners are galvanized bolts/screws, nuts and washers that meet national standards.
3. The length of the combination screw should be considered as 2 to 5 to 8mm after the screw is tightened, and the length of the hexagon head bolt/half round head square neck bolt should be considered as 5 to 8mm after the screw is tightened, and should not be too long or too short.
4. Generally, the direction of bolt insertion is from bottom to top, from back to front, and from left to right. When the copper soft connection is placed horizontally, the connection bolts and nuts should be tightened from the bottom up. In other cases, the nuts should be installed on the side that is convenient for maintenance.
5. There should be flat washers on both sides of the copper soft connection bolt, and spring washers or lock washers should be added to the nut side. The clear distance between adjacent bolt washers should be greater than 3 mm to prevent magnetic circuit heating.
6. Under normal circumstances, according to the requirements of the design and process documents, it is not recommended to overlap three copper bars in one place.
7. The contact surface of the copper soft connection should be tightly connected, the connection bolts should be tightened with a torque wrench and marked, and the connection combination screws should be tightened with a torque batch and marked, and the tightening torque value should meet the requirements of the screw tightening process specification.
8. The installation of copper soft connection should be smooth and beautiful, and the installation of copper bar: horizontal section: the height error of two support points is not more than 3mm, and the total length is not more than 10mm. Vertical section: The vertical error of the two support points is not more than 2mm, and the total length is not more than 5mm. Spacing: The spacing between parallel parts should be uniform, and the error should not exceed 5mm.
9. When two or more rectangular copper bars are connected in parallel, the thickness gap between parallel copper bars should not be less than the heat dissipation gap.
